When I walked in Phil greeted me and my mom, and We spent a good 1/2 hr maybe a little longer just talking with him. He was so informative and friendly. This was my first visit and I bought the membership. I plan on coming in weekly for my birdseed.

Loved the many different types of food, feeders and houses. Although it took a a bit of time to figure out what pieces we wanted for our new feeding station, we weren’t rushed or followed around the store. He took the time to answer alll of our questions.

Phil and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Love looking at all the new and exciting products. Love being able to watch live TV of all the different birds. It is a bonus that they will carry your purchase out for you. You can't get better service than that.
