The staff and Phil, the owner, feel just like family. It really is a pleasure to shop there. They, especially Phil and Patty, are so warm and welcoming.they are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and, of course, birds. Patty will take extra time to do research for us about different birds or questions we have about birds.

It is so refreshing to walk into a store where not only is every staff member passionate about what they do, but they go out of their way to make the customer experience amazing every single time. I'm always walked out to my car with my purchases and thanked profusely, though I am always thankful for the conversations had while I shop! I never have a doubt that I'm giving the birds quality ingredients and any questions I have are always answered, even when it means something needs to be exchanged. Love this store and can't imagine going anywhere else to support my birding! Names are escaping me but I do enjoy the time I've spent with each person at this location.
