Phil and his staff are doing a fantastic job informing us about this hobby of bird watching. They have helped to answer questions that arose about problems that of come up in our yard with predators who were after yummy seeds. Hot pepper was the answer and we are back on track with happy birds. The entire staff goes beyond and very friendly and willingn to discuss helpful hints. This is one very friendly store who obviously cares about their customers as friends and family. Great job.

Phil is always knowledgeable and friendly as well as the clerk in the store. He always has suggestions regarding products and merchandise. I enjoy going in to this store.

Friendliness and knowledge of staff and owner. Quality of the products sold especially the no mess seed. Store layout is easy to navigate and well organized.

came for the talk with Bob. totally enjoyable evening. loved the shop..my first time there. though it is a little bit of a drive for me from livonia I will come back and I have recommended it! Looking forward to future talks also.
