The staff is always very very friendly and they show personal interest in each customer's needs. The staff have the same interests as I do and you can tell they just aren't there for a paycheck, they have a genuine interest in the hobby themselves. I am not one to accept help with things I can do myself, but they are always willing to help carry my purchases to my vehicle and I do enjoy the extra minute to share personal birdie news with them!

The staff was quite knowledgeable about the product, and how to use the product for maximum ease and ability to attract birds. There was interest in what we knew about birding and offered help to progress us in our hobby.

The store is set up very nice. You have a great supply. I do question the Safflower seed that I purchased. The doves are eating it on the ground okay. But not one bird has been on the feeder. It has been out there for 4 days. I am hoping that it will just take time for the birds to see it. I was going to buy something with black oilers in it and was told that this would be better for this time of year. I'm not sure it was the right choice.
