The staff is always very friendly and helpful with information on products available. New products are discussed with benefits and information, very helpful & knowledgeable. Support for groups is always a plus and Phil & his staff are very willing to help in that area as well.

Friendly clean new store. I definitely have recommended it to quite a few people. I will try to come back again soon.

Salesgirl very nice and highly knowledgeable — think her name Candy?? I got my feeder and she pointed out several items I might want. I did get Christmas ideas and found more items I want, just need more money. I am in a wheelchair and don’t get out much and may have to use the online option.i found I was hesitant to move around because I was so afraid I would knock something off or run into something. I hope to get back in the future. Thank you!

The owner and the employees in store are always very friendly and personable. Many times I learn something new when I go in. Plus, I like the items in the store.

Phil, the owner, was great and took plenty of time explaining options for various new feeders. He gave me time to look and decide on my own which one I wanted to purchase without any pressure. The owner and his entire staff are always cheerful, very helpful and always have plenty of suggestions and information. Great stock and displays. We have visited other WBU stores and this is by far the best.
