Phil was very helpful. He dismantled a display so that I could purchase a feeder. His enthusiasm about birds, and the store products, is contagious!

Extremely knowledgeable staff that listened to what my yard and feeding station looked like and didn’t suggest products that wouldn’t work with my set up just to make a sale. I was impressed that the shop owner was the person who helped me and he was clearly passionate about what he does. He also was understanding about my yards problems and gained a customer for life.

Tim was very helpful as was Phil. They each reminded me that if I renew my membership I get a free 5lb bag of seed. I always like going into that store. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Ordered online and delivery was in two days. Just like Amazon...who needs them!!
