Always very friendly, knowledgeable always have what I'm looking for and need. They always ask if they can carry my merchandise out to my car. Sometimes they even insist. Enjoy shopping here.

I was greeted with a welcome and a big smile when I entered the store. I had a coupon for a bag of no mess bird seed. The clerk grabbed the bag off the shelf and asked for my coupon. She rang up the transaction and handed me the bird seed bag. She smiled, said have a nice day and thank you for coming into the store. She was very professional and friendly.

Have been shopping here since it opened and have always been met with a friendly employee or the owner(s) who provide excellent knowledge of their products and the topic of birds. I'm usually with my granddaughters, who they take the time to speak with as well, making it a learning experience for them. It's an overall enjoyable venture each time we visit.

Staff is always friendly and always happy to answer questions. The store is always neat and clean.

One of the best WBU I have been to. The owner was super friendly. I joined the daily member club because of how friendly the staff was. I have a wbu closer to me but will gladly make the trip for the woodhaven store.

You can't enter the WBU in Woodhaven and not find reasons to smile. Phil & his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always make me feel valued. The store is clean, well organized and full of wonderful items.

I am new To feeding birds and getting interested in them and I received a lot of information that day and I’ve hung my birdfeeders and the birds are happy and I will be back this week to start with hummingbirds
