Wild Birds Unlimited

They are such a nice store that I got my mind mixed up and forget things.. So pretty and glad to have them so nice, I get easily distracted.. Always friendly but as mentioned prior I forget.

The only thing that bothered me was to join your club I had to pay $25 to save money. Sorry I don’t understand the concept but I want to spend money to save money?

I was on a time constraint and there was a problem with the cc machine, which was resolved

The cashier was extremely slow due to the fact she did not know what she was doing. It was very crowded with customers resulting in even slower service.

The bird seed I selected was marked one price and I was charged more than that. It is already overly expensive compared to other stores and this just makes it worse. I probably wouldn't have gone in unless I had a gift certificate. I have some value left on the gift card, but I'm not sure I will bother to use it since it would just givee you another opportunity to rip me off again

I was conned into buying a completely useless item that was poorly designed and not cheap.

I said happy holidays, as you would working in a retail setting — and was met with an aggressive “merry Christmas” in return by the lady at the register. not everyone celebrates Christmas, so this was ignorant. I do not like the pressure and shadowing/hanging over my shoulder that was going on in this small store, I would have liked to just look at things in my own pace especially because it was something I wasn’t really familiar with as it was a gift for my grandma.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Wild Birds Unlimited - it’s a great store!
