I received a call from the store owner to double check on something I had selected to make sure I had the appropriate feeder, which I appreciated. The products are high quality and the people who work at the store are very knowledgeable. I’d rather buy seed and feeders from the experts. I bought a new feeder this time and got advice about how long it can take birds to discover a new feeder. (Last time I bought a new feeder 6 months ago I bought at Petco and didn’t have that knowledge and kept moving it because I didn’t know any better). Feel like a learn something new every time I come to the store.
