Firstly, the design of the store is excellent. A beautiful place. Secondly, Ben and his staff are simply wonderful. Great people to talk to about feeding birds. Thirdly, the products sold are high quality. Fourthly, a comfortable place to spend a few minutes talking about birds.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the store well stocked. They even looked up my purchase history to help me remember what type of seed I used to buy.

The selection is good. It was easy to find what I was looking for. The descriptions of the different mixes were clearly posted and the clerk was helpful in determining how to read the descriptions. The clerk was very welcoming and friendly and not pushy on anything.

1-Customer care is 110% 2-Knowing I'm feeding the birds(and chipmunks and squirrels) the highest quality feed. 3-I feel like a friend when I walk through the door. No question is silly and I've learned so much already!

Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. There are many good product choices for bird feeding. Good location for me and ease of parking.
