Great customer service - I am a neophyte with birds so I learned some important basics about bird feeding and bird feeders. I also was encouraged to come back and return the product if it wasn't what I needed. All in all a great experience!

I came with a problem for which WBU was in no way responsible. WBU fixed the problem free of charge (at their insistence, not mine!). They explained the likely cause of the problem with clarity so that I could avoid repetition.

I'm so absolutely grateful to it found this store. Everyone is super helpful. When I started out feeding Birds I bought bird seed at Home Depot and boy what a difference Wild Birds Unlimited seed makes in reaching the variety of birds coming to my feeder. The interaction is wonderful and I actually gave an idea and input on something I had purchased which the owner, Ben really appreciated.

The man who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful! I was shopping for my sister and he made great suggestions for gifts. I was also able to pick up my birthday birdseed. I always have a very nice experience when I go there. I love shopping there! All of the staff is always extremely kind. I recommend the store to all of my friends who love birds!

This store is always clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Any time I've asked for suggestions or recommendations, they are helpful and courteous.
