Great conversation with very knowledgeable sales representative. I bought just what I needed in the price range I wanted. And he laughed at my jokes.

This being my first time in the store, I felt that the staff was extremely helpful. I needed to know which items to buy and he was very good at that. I will definitly come back!

Ben was extremely helpful and polite

Ben is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We may discuss many aspects of the bird habitat created at St. Andrew's Elementary School and my own yard. Based on these discussions I have purchased several items and continue to purchase bird food from Ben's Wild birds Unlimited store.

I didn't notice the time, or remember that the store closes at 4pm on Sunday, so I arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing. I immediately apologized to the sales associate on duty. She was gracious and welcoming, and assured me that I could take all the time I wanted. Since I actually knew what I wanted, there was no need for much discussion. I made my purchase before the stroke of 4 after all, but I was grateful for the employee's courtesy and help.

I like to browse through the store and talk to Ben about the birds and wildlife that I see in my backyard. He is knowledgeable and always suggests food and feeders that can help me. Great store and love to go there.
