The store owner, Ben Labowitz, is knowledgeable and friendly. Beyond the bird seed, I love the gift merchandise in the store and have purchased several items for Christmas and birthdays. They're always welcomed by the recipients.

The store owner Ben is fantastic. Not just knowledgeable and friendly but very personable. I visited Saturday during a period of closure of non-essential business. Be wasn't officially open but let me run in and grab 3 bags of feed. He stated that he was symptom free and had disinfected the store. He's the greatest.

Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating

I knew what I wanted. I knew where to find what I wanted. The owner/clerk knew me by name, so I did not have to ask for a discount but got it. I placed my second “special order” with him.

The owner and staff are wonderful people. Warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. The store is so beautifully laid out and easy to find everything. Then, the most important is the quality of the bird food and products in the store.

Staff is very friendly, willing to answer questions, and offer suggestions. I also got a demonstration regarding setting up a more squirrel proof feeder. Store is bright, clean, attractive with a wide variety of products

Since I first started going there, I have always had the best experience. The owner is the sweetest man, once he didn’t know the answer to my question, he was on the phone right away to the manufacturer of this particular feeder and got the answer. My birds only deserve the best food which I know I will get at Birds Unlimited.
