I like Ben and Ben made my grandchildren welcome in his nice store 2 years ago....when we didn’t know what Wild Birds was... We want Ben to be successful and will go out of our way to do business with him

the store is clean and bright and cheerful. Ben and his helpers are great. I call it the Happy Store.

Made to feel a valued customer

As my responses establish, the ordering, delivery, and product quality were optimal. The only reason I said I wasn't likely to recommend the store to others is that I don't know any other birdfeeders in the area. I don't know why this survey demands three sentences, so this one is just to reach the prescribed criterion.

Ben is very patient explaining things to us. His store and the way he runs it represents what community should be like everywhere.

The store is always clean and well-stocked and the employees are very knowledgeable and always take the time to help in any way.

Ben, the owner, is so friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second pickup order and the third order during the pandemic (and Ben delivered my items himself for the first one!) The items are always ready to go at the front of the store and Ben writes a nice thank you note on the order form. This is the main reason that I support this neighborhood small business, besides the great selection of items for bird enthusiasts.

I cannot get this quality of bird seed elsewhere in my community. Service from the Havertown store is fabulous. I like a no-mess mix for my large feeder, which hangs at the edge of my porch. Also, we go through suet like crazy, so the packs of 8 are helpful.

started with in-store purchase, and was impressed by knowledge and service of person who served me. Follow up order size made personal pickup difficult, and I appreciated option to get free delivery. Once covid-19 took hold we were quarantined, and delivery was only option
