The entire staff from the owner down is incredibly knowledgable, and helpful regarding any birding questions. They also very friendly welcoming to everyone.

Salesperson was knowledgeable

I ordered a few products as a Christmas gift for my in-laws. Ben, the owner, personally delivered the order. He called me to let me know he delivered the item and where it was placed because my in-laws weren't home at the time. We facetimed with my in-laws when the took the items out of the bag. A handful of the items were in a holiday themed box with red tissue paper inside it. It looked like a present! I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful service we received!

On my first visit he helped me figure out the seed I needed. My 2nd visit was very fast since I wanted to buy the same seed. He very nicely carried the 2 bags to my car.

The only thing that didn't work well was that my email wasn't recognized for placing an order online. However, it was very easy to make a phone call and make the order and arrange pickup.

Ben is a very friendly person and seems to always know the answers to my questions. The store is always neat and organized. It’s a pleasure to visit this store.

At other stores the bird seed is often full of filler, and sometimes even moths. I've had nothing but good experiences with Wild Birds Unlimited products and the birds love them too!

The owner BEN runs a very complete and affordable store for bird feeding supplies. He is very helpful and very knowledgable on what is needed for new bird feeders such as myself.
