It's always a pleasure chatting with Ben and his staff. They take great interest in their customers and we have a very good rapport.

I love the Havertown Store everyone is so friendly and willing to help with what ever you need. They are very knowledgeable and offer suggestions on which food and feeders work best for your area and the type of bird you are trying to attract. Even the squirrels get a fair shake, food availability for these, what some people think as pests, is nice. I’m very happy and my little critters and birds are very happy.

This survey is kind of useless. Nothing has changed since the store opened. It is TERRIFIC! Always has been and I expect it will be in the future. Ben, Ben, Tim and Tom make shopping the store wonderful.

The salesman was knowledgeable about birds and bats. We had an interesting conversation with no pressure to leave the store. There were no customers behind me so our chat was not hindering anyone. I have shopped there before and will return.
