The products and personnel are fabulous. Our birds are very happy! As always, Ben is knowledgeable, friendly and quick.

Ben went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t buy what I did not need. I bought a cable hook for a feeder that didn’t need it. After I placed my online order, Ben called me to tell me that the cable was unnecessary, and would I like a refund. He hand delivered my package to my porch the same evening, with the refund in the bag! He was great.

The owner/staff have very deep knowledge of backyard birds and all the ancillary items that go along with feeding wild birds. It is a pleasure to visit this store. Even in the middle of a pandemic, they are prepared and I feel good about visiting.
