Manager is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and service oriented. He makes excellent suggestions to suit any birding need. Store is always well stocked with a variety of products.

I did not answer questions about "placing my order" becaseu I did not place an order. I just drove to the store and walked in. Ben knows his stuff.

I appreciated the knowledge and friendliness of the staff member, as well as the benefits of becoming a member. There is also a wide variety of items and types of food, allowing different strategies for successfully feeding birds (and, if desired, squirrels so they stay away from the bird food).

I always enjoy visiting my local WBU. Ben is wonderful, very helpful, friendly, personable. We have a nice chat and compare birding notes whenever I come in. Having the shop just a short hop from home is a wonderful resource.
