Owner and staff are friendly and knowledgable. Owner goes out of his way to offer excellent customer service. Store is well stocked and merchandise is plentiful and displayed in an appealing way. Good location, near my home.

Ben was very friendly, kind and caring. You could tell that everyone there was very knowledgable and passionate about the store/birds etc. love it there and cant wait for my husband to see it.

I love birds and enjoy watching them gather around food they savor. I buy the suet blocks and place them in the wire container, then hang them on a plant crook in the garden.
