Ben, the sales representative, is always very friendly and is very knowledgeable about the products and feeding birds. He gives me great tips and suggestions for trouble-shooting feeding issues and always has great recommendations for products.

Used bird seeds before and birds seem to love them

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I love the quality and variety of merchandise. As a member I enjoy the discounts and other perks. If I ever experience a problem with merchandise the owner is quick to rectify the situation.

The owner helped me with my purchase of wind chimes. He was very helpful and pleasant. His store was impeccable. We chatted a bit at the register and I was given a small bag of bird food for being a first time customer. The whole experience just made my day. So often anymore, big box stores have no customer service skills.

The atmosphere is always friendly, with great bird food merchandise -- including bird jewelry! The staff consistently has been helpful and eager to talk about birding.
