Nice folks who can answer questions the only "problem" is price which is a little high so we only visit about every six weeks or thereabout.

Ben, the owner, is so kind and full of helpful information! And the products are better than any I’ve tried! Could not be happier!

Ben took the time to answer my questions in detail. In addition, he explained various types of bird feeders and seeds that would help attract birds to my backyard.

Ben and the staff that assist him are absolutely wonderful. He’s a big reason to support local businesses. Always responsive, helpful, available and knowledgeable.

Ben truly cares about his customers and making sure they understand the product. He always takes his time, he always explains and is very friendly. So do the others working eith him. And his staff and he will walk the merchandise to your car for you. Love the place!

I never noticed the store before. I went in out of curiosity. The store owner was the sweetest guy. He took time to answer my questions about birdfeeders and everything related to them including seed recommendations. After speaking with him I've become even more a fan of birdwatching and feeding. I have to say that Wild Birds Unlimited in Havertown is a terrific store. I now prefer to go there to buy bird food than other stores. The owner is a really nice guy. He seemed to know all of his customers by name too.
