Simply put, I adore the people who run the store… Very customer, friendly, and customer focused always. They know my name, they make me smile. The quality of the products is unmatched. Even though I spent way too much money in the store, I always look forward to going!

The staff is always friendly and helpful and they go the extra mile by taking my order to my car even if it is some distance away. On one of my earliest visits Ben delivered my bird bath to my home and set it up for me. The store is always my best shopping experience on any day. i look forward to going there every time.

Ben runs a very friendly bird focused store I go well out of my way to purchase from this specific Wild Birds Unlimited ….I am disappointed that Wild Bird chose to put up a competing franchise so close to Ben’s business
