I had purchased a feeder at this store several years ago, and this winter it fell and broke. Ben took a look at it right away, determined that he would not be immediately able to put his hands on the necessary part, and he called me two days later to let me know he was able to complete the repair. AND there was no charge. Fantastic service, with a smile!
