The staff really cares about every customer’s satisfaction and wants to help you attract a variety of birds to your yard. I’ve been wanting to attract goldfinches for the last few years. Finally, the sales rep at the Havertown store , Tim, recommended an upside down feeder. I was already buying a finch blend and had a squirrel buster finch feeder but the goldfinches were very sporadic in visiting the feeder. Now, I switched to the upside down feeder and they love coming everyday, multiple times a day!! I bought the membership, another feeding station with a squirrel dome and extra perch for birds. I love the no mess food because it’s clean and a better value. My husband and family love watching all the birds that visit!

I always have great satisfaction with this particular location. Ben is very helpful and always helps me to my car with my merchandise that I have purchased. I have been to the Glen Mills location a few times but do not enjoy the experience as much.

I was able to buy what I went for and am delighted with my birthday seed!
