The cashier rung up the wrong seed and it took her a long time to figure it out. If we had not questioned the final price she would not have known. Also did not ring up a half price item correctly. Very frustrating

The store advertised 20% off an item. I verified with the cashier before the purchase was rung up that the wreath qualified for the 20% discount. She assured me it did. I added a catnip fish since I would be receiving 20% off the wreath. As she was ringing up the items, she even re-stated that she gave me 20% off the wreath. It was a pleasurable experience to be in the store, but when we arrived home, 40 minutes away, and I unpacked the bag and looked at the receipt - that was when I saw that she applied the 20% discount to the less expensive item.

I purchased the suet basket and suet with the promise that squirrels don’t eat it but birds do. The actual experience has been the exact opposite. It’s basically become a squirrel feeder. Since I got it as a “gift” to become a member of this store it’s not returnable. How could I be happy with this situation?

Received an email regarding "20% off" everything you can fit in a bag sale. While at the checkout I asked specifically if bird food, which I was purchasing, was included in the sale and told yes. The staff put my purchase in a bag behind the counter on the floor. After checking out i realized that the purchase was not at the sale price. I then read the sign that said the sale was 2 days later and said "Oh, the sale starts on Friday? Because that is why I came in." I was told "yes" and that was it. Should have just returned everything on the spot.

I was very satisfied! My only concern is that the bird food is pricey, but I accept that.

I can tell that your bird feed is extremely high quality. But I'm used to Costco, which is much cheaper. I would have liked to see some less expensive options as well as the one I got, which I must say, the large birds are loving. I will probably do a mix of yours and Costco in the future, and make everyone happy in the yard, and let me afford to do that!

I was very satisfied with my experience and found the salesperson extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I may not return within the next 60 days because I believe I have enough food for the next 3 months.
