The store is small enough so it's not overwhelming and it's easy to navigate.

You sent me this survey BEFORE I received the delivery which made me think it had been delivered to the wrong address. Also there are things you sell which I am not able to order online which is a disappointment because I would have to call you to add those.

I did not realize there were specific days to pick up curbside orders, my confirmation e mail said it would be ready same day.. however the gracious and put my order tiger while I waited

All was great with delivery and product. I left a voicemail yesterday regarding suggestions to paint birdhouses or not? Haven’t heard back.

quality of food is excellent. quality of staff is always friendly and willing to help out customers. store is clean and well maintained.

This visit was a phone in order so I could not assess some of the questions so filled in a response.

Not especially happy with one item I purchased - the tall suet cylinder shaped like a tree limb. Although it is great looking it does not readily attract the birds and the design only allows for a limited area or section of the suet to be eaten, unlike the open cage feeders.
