There has never been a time that I entered the store without being greeted and helped by knowledgeable staff. It is very nice to be able to talk to the staff about birds and bird behavior, not just the products. I love the live video feed playing in the store. I have been given help carrying heavy bags of seed to my car, always with a smile and a good word. I am so very glad to have this store so close to my home.
