I no longer have to go out of town to find a WBU store. The merchandise is great quality. The staff is helpful in many ways, friendly, knowledgeable about birds, and helps you carry my purchases to the car.

The staff is highly knowledgeable about not only the local birds, but their feeding habits. They always have recommendations that work for what's going on in my yard. I've never been pressured into buying anything that I don't want.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They offer to carry y purchase out to the car if it’s heavy.

I am always greeted as if I was family. They know what my purchase will be, since i but the same seeds. There is always something new to inspect.

I find that I have truly little to no mess to clean up in my gardens and yard. I also get more variety of birds on a regular basis. The new feeder are much easier to clean. With the convenience of delivery I actually do not need to physically get to a store as often as in the past.

Chris is one of the nicest people in the world., It just brightens up a day to meet with such an Overall positive person OPP, To coin a phrase. Your positive attitude is an infectious thing, It Definitely makes me want to return to the store, To nourish the birds and My psyche

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I only have one problem that I am waiting to resolve. I bought an item, the "Bird Buds" or whatever at the recommendation of a flyer and the owner and I also bought an expensive feeder for them and I have yet to see the birds eating them. I asked the owner and he thought they would start eating as the weather got cooler. So I am waiting to see what happens. I will return to discuss the results and I am sure I will be offered a good solution.
