I love the atmosphere of the store. The salespeople are knowledgeable. I always get help carrying seed to my car. I do not like essay questions on surveys

Chris the manager makes me feel at home. Directs me to the stuff I need not nonsense. He knows we pay a premium at the shop so he makes us get value.

The owner and staff are always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything bird related, whether it has to do with merchandise or not. Chris, the owner, takes the time to get to know his customers and what they can use or might like.

The assistance with my in store purchase was very attentive and sincere. The friendliness of the staff and knowledge of their product was outstanding. My birds seem to love the quality of their new no shell blend seed and so does the owner with not having to clean up the mess from the porch.
