The staff had exceptional knowledge and showed patience with me as a novice bird enthusiast. The shop was filled with many options to choose from, finally decided on products that I am thoroughly enjoying, watching the birds one day after the purchase.

Staff was super-friendly and happy to answer questions. All seemed very knowledgeable and were eager to please. They gave me great ideas regarding how to tackle certain problems I'd encountered in my backyard feeding attempts and even knew that the snow (which we had yesterday) would bring birds to the feeder. They were so warm and enthusiastic about what they do and made me feel welcome and a part of the team. I have high praise for the store and its employees.

Employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I like the variety of products they offer and that they have rehabiters come with wildlife to teach the public. My daughter can not wait til next week to see owls
