I place my order and receive in a day or two. Also, the birds love the seed, suet etc. Love Wild Birds Unlimited.

Subject knowledge is high. Fun to visit the store due to staff and products. My visit caused me to leave with more enthusiasm, and plans to participate more, in things like the upcoming count.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products and birds. The staff has carried heavy packages to my car, which is extremely helpful, I like to purchase the 30 pound bag of bird food.

Learned Cardinal facts i.e, they eat only the inside of sunflowers. Prefer open feeders. It was suggested I purchase a baffle to defer squirrels...so far it has baffled them.

I'm now a regular at the store. The lead associate at the store (don't know if he owns or just manages) treats me like a VIP. He knows and remembers my set-up and needs. Makes good recommendations and I am always comfortable while in the store. Only downside to Wild Birds Unlimited is the price. I can afford it now but at some point will not. While the birds tend to go to your seed first, they seem just as happy eating away at other seed, i.e., Wagners, etc.
