The saleswoman (Patty) was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had. The store was amply stocked with looked like high quality merchandise, and there was certainly plenty of options to choose from.

I have been shopping here since I moved to CT 2 years ago. I have always found warm, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. This time I asked one of the staff if she knew what bird might be laying small, white eggs this time of year. Not only did she know the answer, but she checked herself on the internet so she was able to show me various eggs until I saw the one I had found in my yard. No matter what my questions, I always get a great answer from all the staff.

My husband and myself love going to this store! The staff is so knowledgeable regarding any questions we may have and they are so interesting to talk to. We have bought quite a few items here and have now seen varieties of birds in our yard on our different feeders that we have never seen before. Also, we are very entertained watching the squirrels on our bungee feeder with the corn on it. It has given us many laughs.......Thank you Wild Birds Unlimited!

We were interested in placing an owl box in our yard to help with a mole problem (and just for fun) and Jim was so friendly and helpful. He reccomended a screech owl box and advised us where to place it. Thanks again!

This store is in Fairfield. I used to have to go to Brookfield to buy my bird products before the store in Fairfield opened, so convenience is important to me. All staff members, especially the manager/owner, are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’m happy that this shop is in Fairfield.😃
