The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I found exactly what I was looking for and the owner carried out my items to my car.

I was unable to get my membership to work online when placing the order. The delivery person began by introducing herself, noting that, and saying that they took care of it for the future. They threw in extra bird seed to compensate for the loss of the discount. I was very impressed. Excellent customer service!!

I really appreciate the huge size of the bags of bird and critter food available. Easy ordering on-line and pick-up is also a big plus. Staff is always very friendly, too.
