For a novice, this store was very helpful and offered a large selection of items and advice to get started.

As stated the convenience of the store location to our home and having been so accommodating during the pandemic with curbside. During my last visit for bird seed I purchased a couple of more items that caught my eye and as always was happy with my decision. My sales person was knowledgeable, attentive and helped me to my car. Our birds thank you and so do we!

The Fairfield CT WBU is outstanding. The staff could not be more helpful. The store is always well stocked and spotless.

Friendly staff, large variety of merchandise. Gifts, feeding supplies, books... all kinds of things!

My husband (and I) started feeding and watching the birds in our backyard a few years ago and have been purchasing supplies from Home Depot, Lowe’s or Walmart with a decent variety of birds. Squirrels have recently become more destructive than usual and my husband has been on a mission to thwart them so for Christmas I started looking online to see if there was someplace local that specializes in bird supplies. I found WBU and my expectations were exceeded on every level! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, wide variety of feeders, birdhouses, accessories, food and bird-themed gifts and money saving membership.
