Great customer service! For security, deliveries are always left at the back of my house instead of right on the front porch (without my asking!). During a rainy day, the box was left under a covered area to prevent water damage. Love the printed info and handwritten thank you note on the order sheet!

This store had what I had been looking for that other locations were sold out of. The quality of the the merchandise, which was a gift was excellent. Delivery was very quick even though it was the week of a holiday and the gifts arrived before Christmas.

Introductory membership was a good deal. Staff very knowledgeable about their products. Since I was new to wild bird feeding, it was much appreciated.

I love the products and the staff in Fairfield is amazing. They’ve taken the time to get to know me and are always so friendly. They also really know birds and feeding techniques. Always an enjoyable conversation.

The only reason I did not not check Highly Likely for purchasing again within 60 days is because I had a huge order this time . When I need more I will definitely call WBU. I love the store and all who work there.
