Besides the high quality products you carry, everyone is ALWAYS so nice and helpful. They always say "Hi" to me by name. Most people have to go thru therapy to forget me. Not the staff at this store. Always a smiling face and helpful answers to any question that might pop up.

Everyone is very accommodating in the store. I have been going there since they opened. Very happy!

I got what i went in for , Everything went smoothly, asked some questions about feeders and got informed answers.

The items were shipped safely and beautifully, I might add. I was happy to get a surprise for joining the Bird Club. The items were also shipped quickly. Thank you!

The store was clean and well organized. I had wonderful customer service, all my questions answered and products explained. My membership was easily renewed and I was even given a gift for renewing!

Staff were very friendly,informative and patient . Store was well stocked with products . Although I need to travel on major highways in order to get there ,,the distance is well worth the effort . And I also appreciate the option of a delivery service .however I would only request this service under extreme circumstances
