Wonderful customer service. Employees very knowledgable about birds in our area and are great at answering questions and making recommendations as to products. They do not hesitate to help with any bird feeding problem I may have. They even repaired a recently damaged feeder that I had purchased many months ago. Can’t recommend these folks highly enough!

Always greeted warmly. I was reminded to use hand sanitizer which I am happy about. Shows they care about protecting their customers. Also, I appreciate the offer to help me find what I am looking for and helpful suggestions.

This store is fabulous!! They treat their customers like good friends. The contents of the box are wrapped so nicely and I always get a hand written note thanking me. I really like the staff.

The service, knowledge, friendliness and the products

They went above and beyond - explaining the bird feeders to me and the birdseed. I loved that they knew the exact kind of birdseed I'd bought on a previous visit. They also carried my heavy purchases to my car for me! Very kind. :)
