Always a pleasure to shop here~ I told my sister, who lives in NM how great the store is and she found one in ABQ and shops there now!!!! Products are great, the people couldn't be nicer. Never pushy! When my family asks what I want for special occasions, I say a gift card to Wild Birds Unlimited.

Wanted an additional suet feeder that fit into a cage. WBU Fairfield, CT had the size feeder I wanted & a proper sized cage for the suet feeder. They attached the feeder into the cage, so I can easily refill the pepper super suet cylinders. All their employees are well trained, knowledgable, personable, and service orientated. It is a joy to shop in their store. Have recommended their store to many of my friends who now shop there also.

We were expecting to have to wait 5-7 days but our order arrived the next day! It was great to be able to feed our outdoor pets right away. Thanks!

I just stopped in to pick up a bag of black sunflower seeds. I was able to purchase it and the salesperson carried it to my car. I am recovering from a fractured kneecap and really appreciated the extra help since it would have been hard to carry the bag.

Always find staff respond to questions and are efficient at fulfilling orders. Really like the flyers and e-mails about which birds may be coming to feeders.

I left my wallet at home. Alex was amazing. She stayed calm and showed profound trust in me. She knows I am not well and this act of genuine kindness went above and beyond. She is so professional while at the same time showing genuine compassion understand and dare I say love for others. So grateful.
