The merchandise is good quality and all employees are friendly and helpful

I went into the store to pick up a 5lb bag of no mess blend of bird seed. I received a card in the mail for my birthday. the seed was free. I was very satisfied with the service. We had a chance to talk to Jim about a bird we saw & he was able to answer our question. This is most definitely my favorite bird & nature store.

Your people are friendly, cheerful and very competent. Product (no-mess blend), as recommended by you, has been highly satisfactory. Prices are a little high, but for the premium I'm getting very good service from very nice people.
