Had a repair which was a better option than a brand new feeder. It was done quickly and completely. Seed was a new purchase. A bit expensive compared to where I shop but they don’t seem to be going through it as quickly

Store was really well set up. I found exactly what I wanted. I was greeted quickly and was helped by two people. The first young woman I didn’t get her name, she was great and helped me find a finch feeder and a bird bath. Then I was helped by Alex, who was so wonderful. She helped me find nectar and jelly for the orioles and explained the membership program and told me about an upcoming program about hummingbirds. I was so excited to be there and find such a lovely store with such lovely people working there!

It was my first time finally getting to the store. They had a huge array of different items. Everything from small to large and even some obscure things that's hard to find places. The staff was wonderful. The store was immaculate. There was plenty of parking. It really made my day because when I stopped I had no idea. I was gonna be that close by. And it kind of surprised me when I realized I was right up the street and I thought finally I get to go thank you
