Courteous, knowledgable staff interaction. Phoned & spoke with Patty to discuss what I wanted, then came into store to make my decision on which current two bird field guides I purchased. I replaced outdated 1997 field guide book which did not have merlins mapped in CT, which I saw & photographed in Fairfield. Very friendly, helpful, professional staff. Store nicely organized, very clean, items aesthetically displayed. Excellent service.
