Great products - wonderful staff

It is always pleasant to visit, even if just to look at available items. People are totally helpful and knowledgeable.

Brian was able to answer ALL my questions and show me products in line with what I was looking for. Also, I thought the membership program is good -- so I joined. And lastly, I attended the zoom presentation which also furthered my understanding of the responsibilities of a bird feeder and how I may what to add to attract/ feed birds in the future. Lastly, the store is in a great location!

I always have an excellent experience shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited and it actually is the only store I look forward to visiting! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they are a pleasure to talk to:) Pat helped me today and she is a sweetheart! I am really glad that I got interested in birds during the COVID-19 pandemic as it has been such a ray of light during such a dark time. I have to admit that I started buying food first and foremost for my squirrel friends, but have come to love the birds that visit our backyard, and have really enjoyed learning about the different breeds and how to identify them. I am definitely an extremely satisfied customer of Wild Birds Unlimited!

I always look forward to visiting this store as it’s full of friendly employees and has an interesting selection of goods other than bird seed. I had an issue where my rewards were not applied correctly, but it was easy to get it corrected.
