Store looked so beautiful - a true happy place. Staff extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to answer questions and recommend appropriate products.

The sales people were very helpful, cheerful, professional, patient, informative and kind. One clerk carried my heavy bags to the car. There was a glitch with finding my membership in the computer after two people looked and since the first clerk remembered me from a few weeks ago when she facilitated the membership sign-up, she gave me the member discount and said they will fix the problem soon.

The store was very busy but the staff handled everything so well and was extremely helpful and friendly!

I don’t think there is is meter to gauge how satisfied I am shopping at the Fairfield CT location . The knowledge along with the above and beyond mentality of the entire staff is what keeps me coming back. Oh yea, The seed is excellent also! My bird friends along with the squirrels love every bit!

I made my large purchase on website, but accidently purchased the plan butter bits instead of the hot. So I went to the store and exchanged the merchandise. Staff very friendly and the store set up is beautiful.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I got the bird food I wanted, had some questions answered and the staff even helped me carry the merchandise out to me car. A very pleasant experience.
