Knowledgeable personable staff, answers questions, shares good info about birds helping us with individual needs. The Fairfield, CT WBU store has excellent quality selection & choice of birdseed, suet, seed cylinders & mealworms. They carry a sufficient variety of bird related products as unheated & heated birdbaths, birdhouses, variety of bird feeders for different type birds & seeds as specific. They also feature feeding station poles, bird ID books, bird watching binoculars, and good quality bird related gifts. I have bought all of the above mentioned items over a period of time WBU has been in Fairfield, CT. & referred this store to a number of friends & associates.

Everyone in the store is so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store has a lot to offer to us birdwatchers. I look forward to my next trip to restock on my birdseed.

Purchasing a bird feeder as a gift, which I knew very little about, the staff coached me up quickly and efficiently and helped me make an educated purchase. AND I forgot the stand that will hold the feeder -- staff reached out promptly and alerted me so I could retrieve it the next day. Great store, will go again for seed refill and other gifts as may be appropriate.

The Darien, CT WBU store has recently closed, and I miss having a store closer to home. WBU in Fairfield, CT is the next closest option. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Fairfield store had a wider selection of bird feeders and accessory products available. The staff was every bit as knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic as the staff in the Darien store had been. It may be a longer trip to get bird food and other supplies, but it is worth making! Two thumbs up!
