I was met immediately upon entering the store asking if I needed help which I did as I'd recently moved to a new home and the wildlife was different from my previous location. Kristin was helpful, talked to me about what would be best for my needs and made recommendations on the proper feed.

Love this WBU Store in Frankfort KY. Kristin Nelson is an awesome owner/operator of this small business. Everything I have ordered has been perfect on the part of her and WBU. I only have one complaint and it is in no part any fault of WBU or Kristin. The shipper, FedEx, did not follow explicit instructions to place the parcel on my "Back Porch". I have a bold print sign on the porch asking that all deliveries be placed on the back porch, which is under roof. My WBU box was delivered to the Front Door while I was not at home and the box was totally soaking wet when I retrieved it. Thank goodness the bags inside were waterproof! I filed a formal complaint with FedEx concerning this situation. Again, there is no fault on WBU or Kristin Nelson!!! Thank You!
