I rely on this WBU for quality items for the birds in my yard/woods. Plenty of supplies to choose from. Staff was able to answer questions about deers at the feeders, too.

I was met at the entrance and was shown to what I was looking for. when I commented that the packaging didn't look like what I bought earlier, the clerk checked and found my previous purchase, and pointed out that I previously had bought a 10 lb package and I was now looking at a 20 lb package - which I then bought. Great job, great service.

Always learn something new from staff about how to enhance my birding experience, best food for nesting birds, nesting materials, bird houses, and feeders.

I am a beginner. The staff treat me as if I’m a novice. I can spend hours and all my extra money in this store. I’ve since had my yard habitat certified. I think I’m driving my husband nuts (pun intended) because I have to have everything.

I have shopped there since they opened and received deliveries to my house during Covid. Most of the ladies know my name or my face and are always friendly. My wild birds love their peanut flavored products and I feel I’d let them down if I didn’t include that in some of their feed.

For all the right previously radio checked answers. Everything went well. Hot seed in stock (I wish the squirrels would stop eating it though), staff friendly.

I love how the staff at this store helps you lift, tote, carry heavy things to the register and to your car and they are very knowledgeable about birds and their needs and habits. I love the gift type items as well as the things needed for the birds themselves. It is a fun and enjoyable store to shop in!

The store had a great selection of inventory and seed available and the staff was super friendly and helpful in selecting a bird feeder and explaining the lifetime warranty. I will definitely be back.

Staff meets you at the door and finds what I need immediately. Always help get items to car chatting all the way.
