Owner is fabulous! She is very pleasant, very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything looked so nice the way it was laid out. I saw many things I would like.

Staff is always very cheerful. They offer assistance. They offer suggestions to help attract birds or fix feeding challenges.

Nancy and other employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and about attracting birds. You can also sense that everyone in the store is very passionate about birds and nature, which I much appreciate.

Our WBU store is conveniently located. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The items I usually need are easily found. I find no reason not to recommend the store to family and friends. My sister-in-law and her friend visit the store in Madison Wisconsin as well.

I live out of town, But stop in to the store about once a month to stock up on supplies. All the staff are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile, often assisting with loading large bags of birdseed into my car. I’ve recommended the store to others

The sales staff is always there to help and they knowledge you as soon as you walk in the door. They are very knowledgeable about their products and make great suggestions. I really appreciate that they help with my purchases to my vehicle.

The staff is both friendly, and knowledgeable about birds. Even when I ask detailed questions about particular birds and their needs at certain times of the year, the staff always have just the right information to help with whatever is the situation. The products sold are the best anywhere!
