Nancy was great; also she was training Randy? and explained the situation that he was new. Lynda has helped me in the past as well. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. Nice to buy local. Great sales and discounts, but they want you to take advantage of them. They are not pushy, but ensure you get what you need and give you time to shop on your own.

I have been to this store twice, and both times it has been a very satisfying experience. The seed is a little more expensive, however, you get what you pay for. My birds love this food.

The staff is excellent - very friendly and knowledgeable. Even our kids love making a trip to WBU and conversing with the staff about what bird-related news they may have heard. They have often wanted to make a separate trip just to let Nancy know about bluebird sightings.

My husband and I like the quality of the products sold here. There is a nice selection of food and feeders for so many bird types. We appreciate the knowledge and advice of the friendly persons staffing the store. Lastly, we appreciate the promotions and savings as a a Club Members.
