We have been coming to WBU for about 6-9 months. Have always been satisfied with service and assistance. We will return and encourage friends to check out the store.

Staff was knowledgable and friendly. And were helping in picking out what I needed. They listened to concerns and showed how they value wildlife

The staff is there to assist. They have a good knowledge base of products to recommend. I have never had such a variety of birds until I started using your products 3 years ago. I also have attended the seminars and enjoy those.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful the minute you come in the store. The staff does not make you feel rushed and are eager to talk to you about any concerns you have with feeding the birds. Also will give you options on what may work best for you with the feeders and the food for the type of birds in your own backyard. Love going to this store in Green Bay WI as they give you samples of things to try and treat you like a valued customer.

The sales person always greet us when we enter. They ask to help us and if we say we are looking around they tell us ask questions at any time. Love this store.It truly is my favorite bird supply place to go. They helped me to appreciate the love of birds.
