Excellent customer service, they carried out all my purchases and they were super friendly. Greeted me when I entered the store and ask if I need any help or if I had any questions, also informed me of the sale they were having.

I loved that when I entered into the store I was welcomed with a smile and great energy! I had a few questions about the bird seed and feeders and the associate helping me at that time had wonderful knowledge!

The staff treat me like family and they feel like friends to me. They all are very knowledgeable about the food and the merchandise. They actually remember my name. Now that make me feel good.

Always greeted as soon as i walk in. They offer to help me find what I need. Fast and friendly at checkout. Some of them know me by name!

The staff is knowledgeable about birds and how to feed and care for wild birds in our area. I am especially pleased with the quality of the bird food at this store!
